The Teams Dashboard in Canary Mail offers valuable insights to enhance and manage your team’s communication effectively. This feature provides both individual and team-level metrics to help you track performance and drive improvements. Below is a detailed breakdown of the metrics available.

Personal Dashboard

The Personal Dashboard provides insights into your individual communication performance:

  1. Volume: Shows the average number of emails you’ve sent per day over the past week.
  2. Speed: Indicates the average time it takes for you to respond to an email.
  3. Effectiveness: Displays the percentage of emails you sent that received a response.
  4. Verbosity: Represents the average number of words per email you send.
  5. Positive Conversations Started: Displays how many conversations you started received a positive response, compared to the overall team, with options to view daily, weekly, and monthly data.
  6. Daily Productivity: Provides a productivity heat map throughout the week.
  7. Top Templates: Lists the templates that received the most responses, including both personal and team templates.
  8. Response Sentiment: Shows the percentage of positive, negative, and neutral responses you received.

Note: This dashboard is accessible only to Admins and Team Managers. You can switch between different Teams Dashboards using the dropdown option at the top right.

Here’s a breakdown of the team-level metrics:

  1. Volume: Displays the average number of emails sent per day by the team over the past week.
  2. Speed: Shows the average time taken by the team to respond to emails.
  3. Effectiveness: Represents the average responses the team receives on the emails sent.
  4. Verbosity: Indicates the average number of words per email sent by the team.
  5. Positive Conversations Started: Compares the number of positive conversations initiated by the team with those started by the top 3 performers, bottom 3 performers, or individual members. You can select the desired category from the dropdown on the right.
  6. Individual Performance Scores: Provides individual scores for team members in each category. Scores can be sorted by maximum or minimum in each category.
