Can I use Canary Mail for free?

Yep! We’re on a mission to get people out of their inboxes, and back to living their lives. Our free-forever version comes with basic tools (including AI!) for students and personal users to get a handle on email productivity.

If the basic tools are enough for you, then great - mission accomplished! You’re welcome to use those basic tools for free, forever. And if you ever need to pull in the big guns, our Growth version is available for just $3 a month.

Which plan is right for me?

How does the free trial work?

Our free trial is a little different from most apps. You don’t have to enter a credit card or set up a subscription. And you won’t be billed automatically at the end of the trial. When you download Canary, we give you access to all Pro features for a full 7 days.

At the end of the trial, you can sign up for Growth and keep using those features for just $36 a year. Otherwise, we’ll automatically downgrade you to the Free version, and you can keep using it as long as you like.

What happens after my free trial ends?

The lights will go out on your entire block and you’ll hear sirens in the distance. Kidding! At the end of the free trial, we’ll automatically downgrade you to our Free version, which you can keep using forever at no charge.

Do I have to enter a credit card to start a free trial?

Nope! That wouldn’t be very Copilot-ey of us, would it? You can start a 7-day free trial with one tap. If you don’t choose to subscribe after 7 days, then we’ll automatically downgrade you to the Free version.

Is it easy to cancel?

There’s nothing to cancel with the free trial, since we don’t ask for credit card details. You can cancel a paid subscription with just a couple of taps. No need to contact support.

What if I have multiple email addresses?

If you have multiple email addresses, then you’re in the right place! All plans (even the Free version!) support unlimited email accounts.

Are there any storage limits?
