I looked at all email clients closely and this was the best one, here’s why. The ability to use the Secure Send using a Gmail address is unique and you won’t find it with any other client to my knowledge. I thoroughly reviewed their documented implementation of this feature and it’s clear that Canary takes your security and privacy seriously. I paid for the lifetime subscription so Im looking forward to what they will improve on next.

I have been using Canary Mail for over a year on two platform, including iOS and MacOS. The application has been very solid throughout this period, there has been no hiccups and the experience is excellent. I look forward to more updates, we need free applications such as Canary on the market. I would recommend anyone frustrated with other email applications to start using Canary!

Access to help is easy. The AI agent is actually very good and can open tickets for you on the spot. Email response on open tickets is quick and thorough. Feature requests are opened by the agent as well. Very very good in today’s environment, where getting product support is usually very difficult.

I recently switched to Canary and I’m really happy with this app. It’s easy to navigate and I can get through my inbox fairly quickly. I appreciate all the email hints that come my way from Canary as well.

On all levels a better app…! From configuration, personalization, attaching files, AI searches…love it. So happy to have at last found a decent mail app.

I am a long time Mac and iOS user and I think I’ve tried just about every email. Client that’s out there. I’m a physician so between work related emails, clinical related emails, and personal email. I have a lot of content. I have never seen a smoother implementation for multiple email accounts on multiple platforms light Canary mail. It even stores settings so that you don’t have to re-enter each account on each device. It actually populate all the passwords and accounts for you. So far, this is fabulous.

I’m leaving the Microsoft world of applications and was looking for an alternative to Microsoft Outlook. I tried a few different apps and found Canary to be the best. I’m on using the on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone.

Switched to Canary on Mac and I’m really impressed so far. The app feels fast and responsive, all the features are snappy, and the UI is clean and genuinely nice to look at. It has a polished, Apple-native feel that fits really well on macOS.

The AI features have also been surprisingly useful, especially for sorting emails and helping with writing. Overall, it feels modern, smooth, and easy to use.

Moved from Mail, which I found annoying and have not regretted it.

This is one of the most intuitive app that I have ever used. It is clean and easy to used. Very interactive and easy to flag and pin important messages.

This app is the best I’ve ever used for accessing all of my email accounts in one place, I have several different email accounts including a few imap ones which work seamlessly and all attachments open regardless of what format they are in.

This might be the perfect email app - pin emails, snooze, schedule, device sync (super easy setting up between devices with a QR code), proper labels, great design and a lot of options in settings. The Ai has actually proved useful for finding the odd obscure email too. I’m running it on iPhone and Mac and it’s been glorious.

Been using Canary for a week, a game changer if you are an apple mail user. My apple mail was operating so poorly that I had to revert to browser. This has changed the way I work!

Canary has offered more features and easy email account installations then all others that I’ve attempted. These features are excellent highly recommended.

A mail client that gets out of my way and lets me do what I want, not what the AI thinks I should do. Great features like unsubscribe, mark as spam and best of all BLOCK! (Block domain or email).

I am giving my highest recommendation possible to this email client. When it comes to security features, it can’t be beat, and customer support is corporate grade.

I installed Canary Mail a few years ago and it really works for me. It’s simple, clear, efficient and modular. I was desperate to find a mail app which enabled not to thread emails by conversation. Some like it, I hate it. Tick for Canary. The templates are great and very useful. I sent a few suggestions and ideas and actually got a response i.e. they listen to their users. Refreshing. I would strongly recommend Canary Mail to anyone looking for a simply yet powerful email app.

The best I have used so far! Clean interface, fast program, list emails by contact, built in calendar to add your events directly from email and great security and privacy. Apple mail App has the functionality of programs made in 1990’s

Canary, everything Apple app should be.. not regretting the purchase yet.

Well if you want a well laid out mail client that has plenty of function that’s easy to use then this is it. I’m so glad I have found it.

Using a platter of delicious cookies on the Zero Inbox background…?! Canary is definitely saving my sanity keeping my work separate from personal, especially when Gmail is involved along with meeting invites

This program has been the best one I have used so far hands down. They update on a regular basis as well.. Great program. Worth the money.

The only Mail app that renders html emails in dark mode so my retinas don’t explode. Everything works the way it should and looks great. Syncs accounts to mobile devices. Why can’t Apple write a Mail app this good?

I’ve only been in technology for 40 years. I’ve used them all over the years. I was getting really tired of Apple Mail and went looking for alternatives the other day. GPT recommended Canary. I installed and in side of 30 minutes I was hooked. There is NOTHING to compare to the quality of this app.

At last I have found the app that does it for me. The app just works and really doe sit for me. Saving me time for the other things I need to do.

Canary allows me to create rules for a reasonable cost. I recommend purchase of this client. Very easy to use on ios and MacOS.

This is one of the few apps that’s available on each of the major platforms, support PGP encryption and has a pleasing user interface.

It is hard to find an app that combines all these.

I would also like to point out the support team which helped me resolve a subscription issue I couldn’t figure out myself.

This app provides me with an Apple mail experience across multiple platforms. I do not like the new formatting of Apple mail so having this as a close parallel to what used to exist is amazing. I also like the fact that I can sync other devices and Macs via a QR code. Integrated calendar function is also very efficient.

So far this is THE BEST Mail app I have found.. I use the free portion on all my devices, I don't need all of the bells and whistles of the paid version so the fact that the base system is free as it has been for years is perfect!!

This is an excellent application. I like the features and it is constantly getting updated. I paid for the lifetime subscription and it has been worth it to use the application on any platform.

Wow, I am so impressed with the recent updated Canary Email App. I have it now on my Mac and IOS and absolutely love it. It’s quick and allows me to do everything in handling my 150-200 daily emails. I have easy access to my Gmail folders etc. I have premium on IOS and will be upgrading to premium on Mac.…

Just when I thought Canary had everything I needed they find new and improved features to make my email monitoring simpler and more efficient. Isolating junk and the ability to block domains is especially helpful these days

I had been using Canary mail a few years ago and quit for few reasons. I moved back to it about a year or so ago and could not be happier. The program is solid with many great features. I use it on all my devices, IPad Pro, IPhone Pro max, MacBook Air and my IMac.

Canary Mail is wonderfully flexible and just so darn easy to use the way you want. Two things I'm totally vibing with: the bulk delete feature and the auto cc/bcc magic. Game changer!

Canary Pro is a very cost effective AI based email app. I replaced Spark and Apple Mail with this and am quite happy with it. Very functional and organized

I'm enjoying the inuitive feel of Canary and the security features!

I've tried most of the popular email clients for Mac that I'm aware of. Canary is in a league of its own imo. Beautiful, Apple-esqu design, all the features that are hot these days, near-instant sync between devices, the most useful pinning I've come across, email signatures that sync to and can be used on iPhone etc. It's got it all. No complaints.

Definitely one of the best mail applications, having tried almost all that are available both free and paid, this is the best with topmost features like AI and read receipts!

So far, this is heads and shoulders above the stock Apple email application. This is the

first time I actually don’t mind paying for an app from the App Store. Full of all the features you could ever need and most of the ones you want.

I've always like Canary. I really like this integration with Copilot, PGP, etc. Great features and the price for the premium addons is worth it to me. You still get all the stuff you expect for free and now theres more for a bargain price. I'm happy. :0)

Make e-mails a breeze. Writing emails has never been easier befor Canary Mail.

I've recently switched over to Proton Mail. After numerous starts and stops with differently email clients, I stumbled upon Canary mail. Out of the box, it has performed extremely well. A great balance of features, configuration options, performance, and it's easy on the eyes. I had a minor hiccup to start with indexing messages (not the fault of Canary) and I reached out to technical support. They replied quickly with the correct solution. So far, so good!

I have been trying to find a dedicated email application for the longest. I've used the Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook apps respectively in my quest. I decided to open the App Store and search for one and I came across Canary. I'm writing this review on the SECOND day of using it. And this review is coming from someone who doesn't typically leave reviews. I've thoroughly enjoyed using the Copilot feature to send a few emails. The emails are so professional that I'm gagged every time I read them.

I say all of that to say, if you're wanting to advance your emails, I highly encourage you to give Canary a chance! I can't wait to see what else is to come.

After taking part in their trial, I have really been enjoying Canary Mail so far. Since Superhuman doesn't seem to want to incorporate iCloud mail for iCloud users anytime soon, I like that Canary has taken the best of both worlds and at a much cheaper price point. The team seems to crank out updates as soon as they can. Looking forward to hopefully app integrations at some point as well! The use of AI to be able to summarize large newsletters and email threads has been a huge time saver as well!

I've been using Canary Mail for my two heavily trafficked mailboxes for a while now, and although I've been an active email user since well before ram normailly conservative in evaluating most software, this program deserves five stars.

I couldn't be more happy switching from Gmail's web client and Apple Mail.

I have used all the best mail apps between macOS and iOS, and Canary has not let me down. It has the best speed and organization to help me clean up /organize search my very large inbox without bogging down (50,000-100,000) at times regardless of device speed. Other apps wouldn't fine emails past a certain point, like 400 at time where their might be 4000 of them with same search criteria. Many of its more advanced features I found easy to find and learn to use w/o effort. the AI is a bonus for fun, can't use for my profession. The secure emails are great when you need them as well.

It generates thoughts into words which saves a lot of my time. Go for it. The interface looks attractive too. Never fails to amaze me.

I tried all the email clients over the years, and have finally settled on Canary. I tested it over the years, and saw how fast it evolved. Clearly, the team behind it is serious and has a vision. The application has now reached a level of maturity that convinced me to pay for the pro version and remove all the other apps from my Macs and iOS pad and phone. It is that good.

Love this email client. So many good features at a reasonable price.

Efficient and easy to use. Can setup multiple other email accounts IMAP and POP3 without hassle. The emails also come through quickly not like ios mail that takes long.

I have been using this app on my iPhone and it has transformed my email use. The AI is great and will only get even better with time. I have now purchased the Mac app as it is so good. Merging the two together is so simple. One click and all emails were merged. Hats off to the designers. This is the way an email client should have been from inception.

I love everything about this app. It has got every function you need but isn’t as overloaded as for instance Airmail or Oulook. It’s smart, straight to the point and beautifully made.

The AI integration in this app is so cool. I use it constantly and it’s fun to check/respond to emails again!

So far, I’m really digging Canary. The “Copilot” feature, which generates AI replies to emails, seems to give me at least a good starting point, which makes replying faster. I LOVE the thumbs-down unsubscribe feature for email lists in MacOS. Works far better than the junk feature in Apple Mail.

Canary meal has been super powerful and helpful for me already within just a week of utilizing. And the team and what they are trying to do has tons of potential of moving forward. I would highly recommend you give it a shot in the professional paid version and see how it could potentially really help your email life.
