My accounts and / or settings do not sync across my devices

1) Check if you have enabled Cross-device sync on your iOS and MacOS.

  • For iOS, Open Canary > Settings > Toggle ON Cross-device sync.
  • For MacOS, Open Canary > Canary Mail > Preferences > Toggle ON Cross-Device Sync.

2) Check that the iCloud > Keychain is enabled in iCloud settings.

  • For MacOS, Go to  System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud > enable Keychain.
  • For iOS, Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Toggle ON Keychain.

3) Check that you are using the same iCloud account both in iOS and MacOS.

  • For MacOS, Go to System Preferences > Apple ID.
  • For iOS, Go to Settings > Apple ID.
