How to Email Logs

REMARK: Users should disable encryption when sending logs. 

For macOS,

Open Canary > Go to Help > Console logs > Email.

For iOS,

Open Canary > Go to Settings > Advanced > Logs > Email.

For Android,

Open Canary > Go to Settings > Advanced > Logs > Email.



For Windows,
You can find it via: C:\Users\email\AppData\Local\Packages\CartasecPte.Ltd.CanaryMailApp_1h5es61sgwc0a\LocalCache\Local\Canary
or if you’re having trouble navigating to that path, you can also try opening File Explorer and typing Canary into the folder search bar at the top right—this may help you locate the folder more quickly.
