If Cloud Sync is not working in Canary, please follow the below mentioned steps:
1) Confirm that same Apple ID is used on both the devices.
- For macOS, System Preferences > Apple ID

- For iOS, Settings > Account

2) Check that the iCloud > Keychain is enabled in iCloud settings.
- For macOS, Go to System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud > enable Keychain.

- For iOS, Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Toggle ON Keychain.
