How to use Cross-Device Sync on Windows?

iOS to Windows:

1. Add Canary Mail to iOS and configure an account.

2. Make sure to toggle ON Cross-Device Sync on iOS device via Canary Mail > Settings > Cross-device Sync > Toggle ON ‘Sync across devices’.

3. Then install and open Canary Mail on Windows device, click on ‘Continue’, choose “Restore > Restore Settings via QR Code”.

4. Scan the QR Code by pointing iOS device to Windows device. You can find the QR Code on iOS device via Canary Mail > Settings > Cross-device Sync.

macOS to Windows:

1. Install Canary Mail on macOS device and set up everything in it.

2. Take a screenshot of the QR Code on macOS device via Canary Mail > Preferences > General > Cloud Sync > Toggle ON ‘Sync across devices’. Send it to your Windows device.  

3. Then install and open Canary on Windows device, click on ‘Continue’, and choose “Restore > Restore Settings via QR Code”.

4. Now, drag & drop that image onto the QR Code import screen.

Android to Windows:

1. Add Canary to Android and an account in it.

2. Make sure to toggle ON Cross-Device Sync on Android device via Canary Mail > Settings > Cross-device Sync > Toggle ON ‘Sync across devices’.

3. Then install and open Canary on Windows, tap on ‘Continue’, and choose “Restore > Restore Settings via QR Code”.

4. Scan the QR Code by pointing Android device to Windows device. You can find the QR Code on Android device via Canary Mail > Settings > Cross-device Sync > Toggle ON ‘Sync across devices’.
