Copilot Schedule is a setting in Canary Mail that helps Copilot understand your availability and suggest the best time slots for meetings. Here’s how it works:
Copilot Schedule allows you to set up your work hours and preferred availability. When you receive an email asking to schedule a meeting, Copilot can refer to this predefined schedule to suggest open time slots based on your availability.
For example, if you get an email from Phoebe asking for a meeting, Copilot uses your defined schedule to check for any existing meetings or events. It then suggests suitable times when you’re free, ensuring it aligns with the Copilot Schedule you’ve set.
This feature is designed to work with Copilot’s AI Chat. There’s a predefined prompt called ‘Show my availability’. When you use this prompt in Copilot Chat, it will reply with available time slots within your defined Copilot Schedule, only when you have no conflicting meetings or events.
Using Copilot Schedule makes it easy to find suitable meeting times without the hassle of manually checking your calendar.
