How can I transfer my license?

Canary Mail offers two pricing tiers:

Growth Plans:

  1. Per OS:
    • Yearly – $20/year for one platform.
    • Lifetime – $60 one-time for one platform.
  2. All Platforms:
    • Yearly – $36/year across all platforms (macOS, iOS, Android and Windows).
    • Lifetime – $100 one-time for all platforms (macOS, iOS, Android and Windows).

Note: Your purchase covers up to 5 devices in total.

Pro+ Plans:

  1. All Platforms Yearly – $100/year with advanced security features.
  2. All Platforms Lifetime – $300 one-time for premium features across all platforms.

    Transferring Between Platforms:

    If you’ve purchased the “Per OS” plan and want to transfer your license to a different platform (e.g., from iOS to Android), you’ll need to contact the respective app store:

    • Apple App Store: Reach out to Apple for assistance.
    • Google Play Store: Contact Google for help with the transfer.

    Transferring Between Email Addresses:

    If you’d like to transfer your license from one email address to another (since we’ve moved from Apple IDs to email accounts for syncing purchases), please follow these steps on the device where the original purchase was made:

    1. Sync Your Purchase:
      • Ensure Canary Pro is synced with your purchase account on your device (the one you used to make the purchase).
    2. Add the New Email Account:
      • Go to Canary > Settings > Accounts > Add Account and add the email account you want to transfer the purchase to. Ensure that the account status shows as “Connected.”
    3. Select the New Account:
      • On the “Get Pro” screen, choose the new email account by navigating to Canary > Get Pro > Select the Account.
    4. Sync on Other Devices:
      • Once you have completed these steps, try syncing your purchase on your other device using the email account to which you transferred the purchase.

    Note:
    Ensure that Canary Mail is updated to the latest version before proceeding with these steps.
